Динамика зарегистрированных жителей Visaginas по 14 диагнозам заболеваний в 5 возрастных группах с 2001-24 г.
Предварительный анализ частоты заболеваемости жителей в регионах Литвы показал, что в отдельных регионах заболеваемость жителей, по отдельным диагнозам, самая высокая, по сравнению с другими регионами в течение 24 лет. Так, жители Visaginas, в возрасте 45-64 лет занимали первые места в течение 24 лет по злокачественным заболеваниям, жители Kauno r занимали 22 раза первые места по заболеваниям уха и системы кровообращения. Однозначного ответа нет на вопрос: Почему в отдельных регионах заболеваемость жителей самая высокая на протяжен 24 лет?
Здесь следует рассмотреть два предположения:
— повышенная заболеваемость вызвана факторами здоровья жителей, которые имеют место быть, в каждом регионе,
— системная не определенность алгоритма сравнительного анализа,
— репрезентативность исходных данных.
При сравнительном анализе особое место занимают данные о численности жителей в каждой возрастной группе. Если численность жителей занижена, то значение числа зарегистрированных пациентов, в расчете на 1000 жителей, увеличивается, при завышении численности жителей, номер места среди регионов увеличивается.
Динамика изменения численности жителей Visaginas приведена на диаграмме 1.

В 2024 г проведена систематизация данных по 14 диагнозам заболеваний у жителей в 50 регионах Литвы с 2001-24 г.
Данные включают в себя:
— число зарегистрированных пациентов по каждому диагнозу заболевания,
— число зарегистрированных пациентов в расчете на 1000 жителей,
— номер места по уровню заболеваемости жителей среди 50 регионов Литвы,
— рейтинг каждого региона по уровню заболеваемости жителей.
Систематизация проведена на основании данных Института гигиены Литвы[1].
Данные позволяют изучить динамику изменения заболеваемости по каждому диагнозу.

Здесь представлены данные о числе зарегистрированных жителей Visaginas по 14 диагнозам заболеваний в период с 2001 г по 2024 г., таблица 2.

В таблице 3 представлены рейтинги жителей Visaginas по 14 диагнозам заболеваний за 24 года.

Из представленных данных следует, что жители имеют самые высокие показатели, как минимум, по 5 диагнозам заболеваний за 24 года. Так, жители Visaginas, возрасте 18-44 лет имеют рейтинг 24 по заболеванию лейомиомы матки, рейтинг 21 по доброкачественным опухолям, рейтинг 20 по злокачественны опухолям, рейтинг 20 по болезням мочеполовой системы.
Высокие рейтинги наблюдаются по возрастным группам 45-64 лет и 65+ лет. После 2014-15 г резко увеличилось число пациентов с кожными заболеваниями. Динамика заболеваемости жителей Visaginas по 5 диагнозам представлены в диаграммах 1-5.
В таблице 4 представлены данные о числе зарегистрированных жителей Visaginas по 14 диагнозам в процентах к численности жителей в возрастной группе.

По заболеваниям системы кровообращения высокие показатели у жителей в возрасте 65+лет – 84%, жители в возрасте 45-65 лет занимают второе место 51,9%. По заболеванию органов дыхания на первом месте жители дети в возрасте 0-6 лет и 7-17 лет 66,9% и 66,6%- соответственно. Особое внимание следует обратить на высокие показатели по заболеваниям кожи, код диагноза L00-L99, L20-L30, L20-L45. Дети в возрасте 0-6 лет имеют самые высокие показатели по кожным заболеваниям -20,6%, 13,6%, 13,8% -соответственно.
На диаграммах 1-5 представлена динамика числа регистрируемых жителей Visaginas. с самым высоким рейтингом. Рейтинг рассчитывался по числу регистрируемых жителей в расчете на 1000 чел.

В 2024 г число зарегистрированных жителей Visaginas по возрастным группам было 11 чел, 50 чел, 485 чел, 1189 чел и 1163 чел- соответственно.

Снижение числа регистрируемых жителей города заболеваниям мочеполовой системы может быть связано с изменением численности жителей в возрасте 18-44 лет и 45-64 лет.

После 2013 г и 2014 г заболеваемость кожи резко возросла, максимум заболеваемости отмечен в 2017 г по всем возрастным группам. В 2024 г наблюдается снижение заболеваемости кожи по всем группам, особенно у детей в возрасте 0-6 лет.
В целом, ситуация с заболеваемостью жителей Visaginas в 2024 г не изменилась по сравнению с 2022-24 гг. Озабоченность вызывают заболевания жителей, по злокачественным и доброкачественными опухолями, мочеполовой системы заболеваниями кожи.
